When placing an order with Chapel Eats, you agree to the following:

• Payments: All payments must be made at the time of order. We use secure third-party processors, and no credit card information is stored by The Chapel.

• Refunds & Cancellations: Because meals are freshly prepared, we generally do not offer refunds once preparation has begun. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately at eats@chapelministry.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• Pickup & Delivery: Pickup and/or delivery options will be specified at checkout. The Chapel is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners or circumstances beyond our control.

• Food Allergies: Chapel Eats prepares meals in a shared kitchen environment. While we strive to clearly list ingredients, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use caution.

• Availability: Menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice.
