At The Chapel, our Kids + Youth Classes are more than just childcare—they’re a vibrant, Christ-centered experience where children are seen, known, and discipled in the truth of God’s Word.
We’ve just launched a brand-new 10-week journey called MAGNIFIED 🔍—a curriculum designed to help kids see God clearly, love Him deeply, and walk in His purpose for their lives.

“Peace, Be Still” — Learning to Trust the One Who Calms the Storm
We’ve officially wrapped Week 4 of our 10-week MAGNIFY Bible experience—and the excitement just keeps building! Each week, our kids are growing deeper in faith, community, and understanding of who Jesus is.
💥 5th–8th Grade Highlights:
This week, our middle-grade students explored the powerful story of Jesus calming the storm in Mark 4:35–41. Through a fun (and slightly splashy!) pool noodle boat race.
To bring Scripture to life, students re-enacted the scene: Jesus asleep in the boat, the disciples in full panic mode, and the dramatic moment when He stands and says, “Peace, be still.” ⚡🌊
The room was filled with laughter and insight as students imagined what it must have felt like to witness Jesus command the wind and waves. Then, they raced pool noodle boats to illustrate how chaotic life can feel when we try to navigate it on our own.
During small group discussions, they explored how God speaks through Scripture and calms our storms today—reminding each other that Jesus still brings peace to our chaos. It’s not just a Bible story—it’s our story, too.
Then, in small groups, they reflected on how Jesus brings peace—not just to the wind and waves, but to our hearts in the middle of life’s chaos.
Students had open conversations about how God speaks to us through Scripture, and how He uses different moments in our lives to show us that He cares. Their reflections centered around this truth: even in the storm, Jesus is near.

"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."

✨ It was a powerful reminder that no matter what storm we’re facing, we are never alone—God is already ahead of us, preparing the way.
🧒 K–4th Grade Fun:
Our younger students dove into the story of the woman at the well from John 4:1–42, learning that no matter who you are or what your story looks like—God still loves you! 💖
Through crafts, storytelling, and hands-on activities, kids discovered that Jesus sees us, knows us, and wants to be close to us. They walked away with this powerful truth tucked in their hearts: Jesus offers us living water—His love never runs out!

With engaging Bible lessons, hands-on activities, worship, memory verses, and plenty of fun—they're building a solid foundation that will last a lifetime.

5th through 8th Grade
Faith That’s Real. Questions That Matter.
This isn’t just “Sunday School”—it’s a launchpad.
Our preteens and middle schoolers are wrestling with big questions, forming identity, and discovering purpose. In this class, we create space for real conversations, authentic relationships, and deeper study of God’s Word—all grounded in the unshakable truth of who Jesus is.
They’ll be challenged, encouraged, and empowered to live boldly for Christ at school, at home, and in their world.
Each Sunday during MAGNIFIED, both classes explore the same weekly theme with age-specific applications, helping families stay united in discipleship all week long.
