Chapel Eats Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Chapel Eats, every meal is prepared fresh with care. Because of the nature of food service, we do have a few guidelines around cancellations and refunds to keep things running smoothly.

1. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this time, ingredients have often been purchased and preparation may have begun, so refunds cannot be guaranteed.

2. Refunds

Non-Refundable: Once meal preparation has started, orders are generally non-refundable.

Order Errors: If your order is missing an item, incorrect, or incomplete due to our mistake, please notify us right away at eats@chapelministry.com. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or issue a credit/refund.

Delivery Issues: If you scheduled a delivery and no one is available to receive the order, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen environment. While we do our best to label ingredients clearly, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use caution when ordering.
