At Chapel Eats, we prepare each meal fresh with care. Because of the nature of food service, we are not able to accept returns once meals have been picked up or delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this window, ingredients have already been purchased and preparation may have begun, so refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Missed Pickups / Delivery
If you miss your scheduled pickup time, please contact us the same day to arrange another pickup window.
If delivery was scheduled and no one is available to receive the order, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Quality Concerns
If there is ever an issue with your meal (missing item, incorrect order, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours at eats@chapelministry.com.We will gladly make it right with a replacement or credit toward a future order.
